Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older 

• Valid Driver’s License

• Agree to DMV driving record check

• Pass a background check and drug screen

Job Description

• Drive patients to and from their appointments in company mini-vans

• Effectively communicate with co-workers, patients, and facility staff members

• Load and unload wheelchair patients into the van

• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
